Online Therapy for Emotional Health

I believe lasting change comes from understanding and addressing the root cause, rather than simply managing the symptoms.

I am deeply passionate about my work within the field of emotional wellbeing, counselling, and personal development. The greatest reward for me is seeing positive change in my clients’ lives as they begin to move forward in a healthier, more confident, and hopeful direction. I strongly believe that, as human beings, we all have the capacity to heal, grow, evolve, and rediscover ourselves.

My specialist area of support focuses on midlife women and young people aged 16–24. As these groups have formed most of my client base, I have developed a strong understanding of the emotional, personal, and social challenges they can face, alongside tailored therapeutic approaches to support their individual needs. While these groups are at different stages of life, many of the emotional struggles they experience can overlap, including anxiety, low self-esteem, pressure to meet expectations, relationship difficulties, identity struggles, and feelings of overwhelm or disconnection.

My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, while also integrating elements of CBT and other therapeutic methods where appropriate to best support your individual needs.

Sessions provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and begin moving towards healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
